29/7/08- Our next event is an Open MX at Crick on Sept 14. The entry

15/7/08 What a good event the Hare & Hounds turned out to be! The
results and
pictures are now online. Please support
the photographer by buying photos from the site if you like them.
3/7/08- The H&H at Woodend is just over a week away. Get your entries in
quick if you'd like to ride. Unfortunately the Weedon MX had to be
cancelled as we did not have enough entries to race.
19/6/08- There's just over a week to go until our next event, the
Motocross at Weedon. Please get your entries in quick!
6/6/08- Woodend H&H Enduro regs for 13/7/08 are now available
here.
3/6/08- Our next meeting is on June 29 at Weedon. We're returning there
after a few years away as the track in in excellent condition and will
be watered and graded for us. So it looks like being a cracking meeting,
get your entries in soon. The form is
here.
21/5/08- Sad news to report. Ted Martin, the club's long serving
President has sadly passed away. The funeral will take place at Milton
Malsor crematorium on May 27 at 11.00am. Only family flowers have been
requested, but donations can be given to the British Heart Foundation.
19/5/08- The race report for Airfield Farm is now online

The racing was close, fast and at times frantic. Anyone who missed it,
missed a great day.
24/4/08- Next meeting is round 3 of the SM Centre Adult MX Champs. This
time we're at Airfield Farm, Market Harborough for a change. The track
has had a lot of work carried out this year, so it should be good. Get
the entry form here.
21/4/08- Long Buckby results now available

Great day, tough conditions to start with but good by the end. There's

8/4/08- Long Buckby Motocross on April 20th- only about a week to go so
get your entry in now please! If you paid for the March meeting we can
carry that over but we'll need a new entry form.
8/4/08- The ACU have asked that you please make sure your race numbers
are clear and legible.
8/4/08- Our next meeting at Long Buckby is round 1 of the South Midland
Centre Championships. For those of you not familiar with the series
here's how it works.
There are 7 rounds hosted jointly between NMCC and L&DMCC, with your
best 6 results counting for the championships. To be eligible for a
trophy a rider must be a member of a South Midland Centre Club, and also
compete in at least 3 rounds.
26/3/08- Our next event is Round 1 of the South Midland Centre
Championships at Long Buckby on 20 April. The entry form is
here. The cancellation of our
March event due to freak weather conditions was very disappointing, but
at least this means the track should be in perfect condition. The
2008 Fixtures page now has the LDMCC
championship rounds added as well.
3/3/08- Sad news. Long time club member and supporter 'Rocket' Ron
Coleman passed away last Tuesday evening. Further details of the funeral
will be posted when we get them.

Sporting Motorcyclist. Many club members seem to be
unaware of this great publication.

The Sporting
Motorcyclist covers all ACU disciplines in Southern, South Eastern and
South Midland Centres. It contains entry forms, news, photos, race
reports, forthcoming dates etc, and is published once a month. To get a
